Ship To Us

Ready to get started? Here's how the process works — and exactly what to do when you ship.

How It Works

ship-to-us:step-1

01

Call or message us

Talk through your project, confirm what needs to be shipped, and get a quote.

ship-to-us:step-2

02

Pack and ship

Follow the packaging instructions below. Most services only require the slide — you keep the frame.

03

We do the work

We complete the service in our shop. Lead times vary by service — ask when you call.

04

We ship it back

Your part ships back with tracking. We'll let you know when it's on the way.

Packaging Instructions

1

Send only what's needed. For an optic cut or Cerakote on a slide, you only need to send the slide — not the full firearm.

2

Include your ID and order info. Put a copy of your driver's license or government ID and your order confirmation inside the box.

3

Use UPS or FedEx. UPS is preferred. Carrier policy typically requires overnight or 2-day air for handguns.

4

Use a plain, unmarked box. Do not write "firearm," "gun," or anything similar on the outside of the package.

5

Insure the package. Insure for the full replacement value of what you're sending and always use a tracking number.

Shipping alternatives

If you're not comfortable shipping a firearm yourself, services like shipmygun.com can handle it for you. You can also have a local FFL dealer ship on your behalf.
